Social Service Creating A Beloved Community - OUD & SUD Outreach

Fighting Back Partnership's newest January 2020 project is designed to provide culturally relevant outreach, education, social service, and MAT referrals to prevent, mitigate and ultimately eliminate negative outcomes associated with OUD and SUD. The target population is pregnant Black women with histories of substance use and mothers of substance-exposed infants in Vallejo and Solano County. The project is partnering with target agencies and change agents to expand reach, address service gaps, and reduce public stigma.
